Yesterday, a pretty handwritten note came in the mail from Papyrus:

It’s sweet of them to send such things—but I do not have the “stamper” yet. They know this, because I told them… and yet, they send such letters. Are they mocking me?

It could have been like this:

X: Hey, something came from Papyrus for you.
Me: *thinks it must be that - but no, it’s a letter about using that thing I don’t have yet instead*

Look, it’s a new design. It took me months—yes, months—to get this up. Yet there are stills tons of little things about this design that aren’t quite right. I’m working on them. Nonetheless, I hope that you like it as it is, right now. If you don’t, hit me up with suggestions. As far as content goes, some of it’s up. Most of it isn’t. I’m working on that too. :)

Today, my long-awaited Kindle arrived! The peculiar little device is significantly less hideous in person. I like it lots - so far. In the hands of avid readers or potentially avid readers, it must be dangerous.
