High Stakes Rock, Paper, Scissors

Does my odd drawing make sense? No? Either way, let me explain.
Rock, Paper, Scissors is a classic. Almost everyone everywhere knows this game. At work, we played it today, on Friday, and on Thursday. And I think we’ll continue playing. Why? Well … By itself, Rock, Paper, Scissors is pretty lame—but it becomes much more fun when the loser is punished, no? For instance, if everyone who didn’t lose got to take a swing at the loser, wouldn’t that make it more fun? :P Perhaps? Anyway, we don’t hit each other at work. We’re a bit more civilized than that. Instead, we force the loser to spend money. Today, she had to buy ice cream for everyone else who played. T_T Before, it was coffee or some sort of drink.
Today, I played against 3 people and lost. I knew that my adversaries were going to throw paper. I just knew it. Before I made the fatal mistake of throwing rock, I thought, “What happens if I throw rock and all three of them throw paper? Will I lose?” Yes—I did lose, because I threw rock (anyway) and they all threw paper. T_T So, I bought everyone ice cream. That’s okay. I won’t lose tomorrow. Have you ever known (strongly felt) that something was going to happen and then acted as though it wasn’t going to happen, anyway? If so, did you regret it?
Aside/FYI: The stove in mentioned my past entry about setting stoves on fire was set on fire again. I wasn’t there this time, though. Also, I probably won’t be doing anymore voice entries—my last one was too strange. It didn’t go over well.

I suck at rock paper scissor because I never bother to try to predict what the other person will throw. Oh well, I’ve never played for punishment/money before, but it sounds quite interesting. :P
My friends and I used to play Rock, Paper, Scissors, Slap! Painful but fun :D
I enjoyed your voice entry (and I love your voice!), but I prefer regular posts in the long run. I can’t focus on someone’s voice for so long without responding to them directly :|
I always beat my husband at Rock, Paper, Scissors! That’s because we always play best two out of three, and I try and trick him into thinking that I’m always going to pick Rock. I always whip out something else and beat him, though. He gets mad all the time and I love it! Sucks that you lost, but I’m sure tomorrow you won’t! :)
I’ve seen this game be really popular in animes, but never really thought it was this popular. Last time I played that it was in middle school.
I tend to not think like that: it’s a guaranteed to jinx me. So Chantelle: THINK POSITIVE!
I usually throw scissors!
I always lose when playing rock, paper, scissors. That’s why I never bet anything or play when punishments are involved. Really, I have the worst luck when it comes to that game.
And OMG, that thing about the stove is scary. I would stay away if I were you o_O
I agree, it’s such a classic!!! I always used to play it, but what we do is one hand (the hand that isn’t throwing anything) to clutch the other person’s hand. Whoever loses at rock paper scissors gets their hand slapped. We walked away with bruised hands back then. Hahaha
Scissors is my weapon of choice :D Although I can’t remember the last time I played rock paper scissors, heh.
I’m usually paper. So what if it gets cut? I haven’t played in a while though.
And see, I wouldn’t be going near that stove. In fact, while everyone would be trying to put it out, I’ll be running out.
I love rock paper scissors! It seems like such a simple game, but if you anticipate the other persons move it can be really fun. At school we play with punishments, but instead of paying for something, we do that slapping thing. the one were you use two fingers and slap their arm, you know?
I’ve never really anticipated something and not acted on it.. I always seem to have to go with my gut feeling :P

I love rock paper scissors too. I use it often to settle arguments.
I always throw stone.
(I don’t understand why some people call it paper scissors stone?)
